So… you used to train with purpose.
You didn't have to worry about "being motivated" to get to the gym because working out hard was actually a joy.
Life was good, PR's coming in weekly, strength through the roof, body in the best shape it's ever been. Energy for days.
Except… now it's not.
Somewhere over the past couple of years you've "fallen off the wagon" so-to-speak.
Life has done its thing and wreaked havoc on your once bullet-proof routine.
The motivation and drive you used to have just a few short years ago has grown legs leaving you for dead, never to return.
Now… training sessions have become a chore and you're lucky to manage 1 or 2 a week (or worse).
And even when you DO get to the gym you half-ass your training sessions because you don't have any structure or a solid plan to follow.
Is this sounding familiar to you?
You walk into a busy gym, sit down at whatever machine or rack is free at the time, do a few sets, scroll on your phone, and leave after half an hour without even breaking a sweat.
And the times that you finally get yourself to lock in and train with a bit of gusto?
The days after it are pure torture. Everything hurts and your body's so sore and beat-up that even the thought of getting out of bed makes you wince.
Then, you fall into the vicious cycle of stopping and starting again never getting anywhere… like a car stuck in mud spinning its wheels.
And… when a friend or family member asks you…
"How's the gym been going?"
you reply with the usual…
"Oh yeah I'm just getting back into it"
for what feels like the thousandth time.
The thing is…
Deep down you are desperate to get back there.
Back to that flow-state where you know exactly what you're doing and you're itching to get into the gym to smash out your workout and keep improving.
To going to bed every night genuinely excited about working out tomorrow.
To walking into the gym with your chest out and your shoulders back because you know exactly what you're doing.
To knowing deep inside that what you're doing is actually leading somewhere you want to go.
To actually enjoying the grind again.
And… to falling back in love with training all over again.
If this is sounding familiar and it resonates with you, then…
BOY DO I HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR YOU!!
Because…
I have created a 6-week strength training program that is going to, quite literally, change your life.
