THE IMPERIAL CODE

If you've been "winging it" doing random workouts in the gym with no structure or proven plan and you want to train with real purpose again while getting stronger, fitter, and leaner in the next 6 weeks (than you have been in years)… and… if you have $24 sitting in your pocket… then you should probably read this page.

So… you used to train with purpose.

Back then you didn't have to worry about "being motivated" to get to the gym because working out hard was actually a joy.

Life was good, PR's coming in weekly, strength through the roof, body in the best shape it's ever been. Energy for days.

Except…
now it's not.

Somewhere over the past couple of years life has done its thing and you've "fallen off the wagon" so-to-speak.

And the worst part is your body is now reflecting it in the mirror.

The softness, the belly that's slowly creeping in, the pants are tighter (and not in the right areas)

The motivation and drive you used to have has seemingly grown legs leaving you for dead, never to return.

Nowadays training sessions feel more like something you "HAVE" to do rather than something you "WANT" to do and you're lucky to manage 1 or 2 sessions a week (or worse).

And… even when you DO get to the gym you half-ass your training sessions because you don't have any structure or a solid plan to follow.

Is this sounding
familiar to you?

You walk into a busy gym, sit down at whatever machine or rack is free at the time, do a few sets, scroll on your phone, do a few more sets and leave after half an hour without even breaking a sweat.

But what about the rare times you finally get yourself to lock in and train with a bit of gusto?

Oh boy… the days (sometimes a whole week or more!?) after are pure torture. Everything hurts and your body's so damn sore and beat-up even the thought of getting out of bed makes you question life itself.

Then you fall into this vicious cycle of stopping and starting again never getting anywhere… like a car stuck in mud spinning its wheels.

But it gets worse.

When that friend or family member inevitably asks you…

"How's the gym going?"

You reply with the usual…

"Oh yeah I'm just getting back into it"
(for what must be the thousandth time)

The thing is…

Deep down you are desperate to get back there.

Back to that flow-state where you know exactly what you're doing and you're itching to get into the gym everyday to crush your workout and keep improving.

Back to going to bed every night dreaming about working out the next day.

Back to waltzing into the gym with your chest out and your shoulders back because you know exactly what you're doing and then leaving feeling a deep sense of satisfaction.

Back to knowing deep inside you've got two hands firmly on the wheel of your own life.

Back to actually enjoying the grind and falling back in love with training all over again.

If this is sounding familiar and it resonates with you, then…

BOY DO I HAVE SOMETHING
SPECIAL FOR YOU!

Because…

I have created a 6-week strength training program that is going to, quite literally, change your life.

You've probably never heard of me.

You probably saw a Facebook or Instagram or X ad, got a little curious about the program, and now you're reading this page thinking…

"Hmm… is this program really going to help me add 20% to my squat, bench, and deadlift? Is it really going to help me get my groove and confidence in the gym back?"

Fair question.

Let me introduce myself.

My name is Dave Brown and for the past 10 years I've been a bodybuilder. I've competed in two international bodybuilding competitions and for the last 5 years I've been a personal trainer and strength coach.

I've written 100s of training programs (for myself and my clients) and coached dozens of my own clients.

I've worked with men with real lives… you know… having kids, a mortgage, stressful job etc. and I've helped them successfully get stronger, build muscle, and lose body fat consistently through my methods without it taking over their lives.

And don't just take my word for it. See what some of my clients (and people that have used my exact strength program to consistently get stronger and transform their bodies) have to say about it.
